3. No-Fix, No-Charge
If we are unable to fix the issue, you will not be charged for repair services. However, diagnostic or inspection fees (if applicable) may still apply.
4. Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer a 30–90 day money-back guarantee on completed repairs. The exact guarantee period depends on the repair type and pricing tier, as communicated during service confirmation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- While we encourage customers to back up their data before handing over devices, our team takes appropriate measures to safeguard your data. In scenarios where a device cannot be started or backed up by the customer, we create a backup before proceeding with repairs. We handle all data with care during the repair process.
- Please collect your device within 30 days of repair completion, as the company cannot be responsible for it after this period.
6. Warranties
- Repairs may include limited warranties only for the parts replaced or services provided (if applicable).
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or subsequent repairs by others.
7. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and bank transfers.
8. Limitation of Liability
